About Mediation
Mediation is a way to settle disputes when there is a disagreement that cannot be resolved without intervention.
It is a key form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Mediation is an alternative to having a decision imposed by a judge in a court and is a less formal, consensual process between the participants involving meetings with a neutral third person, otherwise known as The Mediator.
Mediation is a highly confidential service, conducted without prejudice with a view to explore all possible solutions. The aim of mediation is to find a resolution and provide a win-win outcome for all parties concerned.
